Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you forgot toiletries, they have them for free. Very knowledgeable on places to go or eat, if you are not familiar with Traverse City and they have a bus to transport you. Great place.

Property, Staff, and Cleanliness were excellent. We had to change our dates, and the staff worked with us with no hassle, and even upgraded our room to have a view! There was road construction in front, making one way access to the property, but it really wasn’t bad at all.
